Joint 2026-27 Season Auditions | LPT Individual Show Auditions Added

May 7, 2026 | News

Le Petit Theatre, The NOLA Project, Goat in the Road Productions, Tennessee Williams Theatre Company of New Orleans, and Intramural Theater are working together again to host joint general season auditions. This year, Fat Squirrel is joining in the fun.

All in-person joint audition slots have been filled. If you still wish to audition and be seen by all the companies, please fill out the form below and submit a video audition, following the instructions in the form.

If you’re interested in the single-show auditions for Le Petit Theatre, you can find out more and sign up for those here. Joint video auditions will be accepted until July 1st.

WHAT TO PREPARE

Actors wishing to be considered for musicals are asked to prepare at least one 60-90 second monologue and one 32-bar cut of music of your choosing. An accompanist will be provided at the in-person auditions. Actors only auditioning for nonmusical plays are invited to perform a second 60-90 second monologue.

Each participating theatre organization has created a document of upcoming available productions and roles. Some are more general, while others are highly specific. Please review all of these below. When filling out the form, actors will be requested to upload a resume or list of relevant previous work as well as an identifying photo.

Both AEA and nonunion actors alike are welcome to audition.* And all theatre organizations will likely host individual, production-specific callback auditions at later dates.

Video submissions are due by July 1st and can be submitted from both in-town and out-of-town actors. You can submit a video audition using the form below (DO NOT CHOOSE AN AUDITION TIME IF YOU ARE SUBMITTING A VIDEO). If the form poses problems for your video submission, you can email your audition video to casting@lepetittheatre.com with the subject line “26-27 Season Audition – YOUR NAME.”
