Frequently Asked Questions
I’m tall, will I fit comfortably in your seats?
The seats on the Orchestra level are a little larger and have more legroom than those in the Balcony. Tier 3 seating will be the most tight fit. Row H does not have seating in front of it on the Orchestra Left and Right sections allowing ample room to stretch out. An aisle seat will also allow you to stretch out a little more than the center seats as well.
Do you have ADA seating?
Le Petit does offer a limited amount of ADA seating, with companion seats on our orchestra level. Depending on your ADA needs, we may have additional seating available. If the ADA seats are unavailable for sale online, please contact our Box Office team to secure seats that will suit your needs.
Can I receive a refund/return my tickets?
All ticket sales at Le Petit Theatre are FINAL sale. Unfortunately, Le Petit Theatre is unable to offer refunds on tickets. In the event you are unable to attend an event, you can “donate” the tickets back to the theatre as a tax-deductible donation. Please contact the box office to make arrangements to donate your tickets or you may exchange your tickets for an alternate date (please see below).
Can I exchange my tickets?
Need to change your date? No problem!
Exchanges are complimentary for our Season Subscribers, Drawing Room Players, and Second Century Circle members.
Ticket exchanges will incur a $15 fee per ticket to accommodate processing fees.
You must contact our box office prior to the show you were originally attending to qualify for an exchange.
Do you offer ticket insurance in case something happens and I can’t come to the show?
Le Petit Theatre offers Ticket Protection coverage at the time of purchase for $10 per ticket.
You will receive a credit to exchange your tickets for a different performance within one year from the date of the performance you originally purchased tickets for. The ticket exchange fee will be waived one time. Any additional ticket exchanges will be at the standard $15 fee.
You must contact our box office prior to the show you were originally attending to redeem your Ticket Protection coverage.
I’m not able to buy a ticket online! Are you sold out?
Our online ticket sales close approximately 1 1/2 hours prior to curtain. This allows our Front of House staff time to print tickets and prepare for the evening ahead. If you are trying to buy tickets the evening of the show, please contact the Box Office directly at 504-522-2081.
If you are not trying to buy them prior to the performance, please contact our Box Office staff for additional help in troubleshooting your error.
Group Discounts
Groups of 10 or more automatically receive a 10% discount when processing your order. If you need to make special arrangements for your group, please contact Fernando Rivera, Patron Services Manager, at boxoffice@lepetittheatre.com or 504.522.2081 x1.
Where should I park?
Premium Parking has a variety of parking lots in the French Quarter. The two nearest to Le Petit Theatre are lot P249 (Toulouse at Chartres) or lot P401 (Decatur at Jax Brewery) and you can prepay using the Premium Parking app or via their website. You can check out other nearby lots there as well.
The Omni Royal Hotel, located on Chartres Street across from the Pharmacy Museum, provides valet parking in their secure lot. Directions can be found on their website.
Uber and Lyft are great options to skip parking altogether and receive door-to-door service. Additionally, there is free residential parking a brief 15-minute walk away in the Marigny off of Esplanade (or further down off Elysian Fields).
