Subscription Renewals-Upgrades

Thank you for your support of Le Petit Theatre! We couldn’t produce the high-quality shows we do without you. See you soon at the theatre.

RENEWING A FULL-SEASON SUBSCRIPTION

For current full-season subscribers, we have your same seats on hold for a limited time and are ready for you to renew today.

If you want to keep your current subscription day and seats, you have three renewal options:

1) RENEW ONLINE HERE (or click here for login/password reset tips) – use the email address where you received the reminder email to login, that is the one tied to your account – if you would like to change it, please let our box office staff know
2) call the box office at 504-522-2081 x1 – box office associates are available by phone from 12-5 PM, Monday – Friday
3) stop by the box office when you come to Once and renew in person
 

If you want to change your current subscription day or your seats, you also have three renewal options:

1) RENEW ONLINE HERE and choose your new day and seats from the links on that page (you aren’t required to login to do this, but it is helpful to keep everything in your current account – click here for login/password reset tips) – if you do login, use the email address where you received the reminder email to login, that is the one tied to your account – if you would like to change it, please let our box office staff know – if you are choosing a new date or seats and have a Young Professional, Educator, or Blue Star discount, please call or stop by the box office to make the change
2) call the box office at 504-522-2081 x1 – box office associates are available by phone from 12-5 PM, Monday – Friday
3) stop by the box office when you come to Once and renew in person

If you are a current Drawing Room Player and would like to renew that donation (or if you would like to become a Drawing Room Player), please call the box office or stop by when you come to Once and we can help you with that.

 

RENEWING A PARTIAL-SEASON SUBSCRIPTION

Because you were on a flexible plan, you don’t have set seats on hold, but can choose a day and have the same seats for each show next season.

To upgrade your subscription for the full 2026-27 season, you have three options:

1) UPGRADE ONLINE HERE and choose your new day and seats from the links on that page (you aren’t required to login to do this, but it is helpful to keep everything in your current account – click here for login/password reset tips) – if you do login, use the email address where you received the reminder email to login, that is the one tied to your account – if you would like to change it, please let our box office staff know
2) call the box office at 504-522-2081 x1 – box office associates are available by phone from 12-5 PM, Monday – Friday
3) stop by the box office when you come to Once and upgrade in person

If you are interested in becoming a Drawing Room Player and gaining the perks associated with that, please call the box office or stop by when you come to Once and we can help you with that.

 

 

Login/password reset tips:

When you click above to renew online, you’ll be brought to a login page that looks similar to this. It may look slightly different, depending on your browser. Use the email address where you received the reminder email to login.
 
Fill in your email address (the same one where you received this email) and choose “I am a returning customer,” and enter your password.

If you don’t remember your password, or don’t remember if you set one up for your account, enter your email address (the same one where you received this email) and then click “I don’t know my password.” The system will email you instructions on how to reset your password so you can login and continue. If you don’t see it after a few minutes, check your junk/spam email. The password reset link is typically only valid for 1 hour after sending.
