Spring 2019 Young Conservatory Open For Enrollment

Le Petit Theatre is thrilled to announce the Spring 2019 Young Conservatory Program, an exciting performing arts educational program with a curriculum that focuses on principles of acting, movement, voice, improv, Shakespeare, and other vital elements of theater training.
Young artists will experience intensive training in theater and learn how professional actors prepare for their role. Two weekday and one weekend rehearsal per week will culminate in a 3-show run of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, adapted specifically for Le Petit's Young Conservatory and performed on Le Petit's historic stage.
Led by industry professionals including Program Coordinator Cammie West, Director/Choreographer Cameron-Mitchell Ware, and Assistant Director/Teaching Artist Ariel Lucius, Le Petit’s Young Actors Conservatory is an exciting opportunity for young and aspiring artists with a passion for delving deeper into the craft of theater!
No audition required. 
Participants must be between 8-18 years of age. 
Young Conservatory Classes and Rehearsals:
Tuesdays and Thursdays (5-7PM) AND Sundays (2-5PM)
March 19th – April 21st
Rehearsals will take place at Carrollton United Methodist Church.
Young Conservatory Tech and Dress Rehearsals:
Tuesday, April 23rd - Friday, April 26th

Young Conservatory Performance:
April 27th (11AM and 2PM) AND April 28th (2PM)
Dress rehearsals and performances will take place at Le Petit Theatre.
TUITION: $300.00
Tuition includes three YC sessions per week, participation in a fully-staged production, and two tickets to A Midsummer Night’s Dream
(additional tickets can be purchased at $10 student and $20 adult rates)
